Taller Marmo offers a seamless return process for all unworn and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. We ensure that every return reflects our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and the security seal remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
